Yes, but more than likely need an adapter, as most DVD players I've seen only have composite (yellow AV), S-video and component output, and most monitors only have VGA DVI or HDMI inputs. Although I've seen some monitors with component video inputs. You may need one of these: And a set Speaker, of course.
